Stop Overthinking Credits and Tooling
The anti-pattern of spending more time comparing enrichment providers, optimizing credit usage, and evaluating tools than actually building and sending campaigns. Analysis paralysis disguised as due diligence.
I see this constantly. Teams spend 3 weeks evaluating 6 email providers, building comparison spreadsheets, negotiating credits, and debating Apollo vs ZoomInfo vs Prospeo vs LeadMagic. Meanwhile, zero emails have been sent. Zero pipeline has been created. The credit difference between providers is pennies per contact. The cost of not sending for 3 weeks is thousands of dollars in lost pipeline. Pick one. Send. Optimize later.
I pick one enrichment provider per campaign (usually Prospeo or LeadMagic), validate with MX records, and move on. I don't waterfall 6 providers chasing 3% marginal coverage. I don't spend a week comparing pricing tiers. I spend that time building the campaign — copy, research prompts, qualification logic, infrastructure. The campaigns that win aren't the ones with the cheapest credits. They're the ones that actually launched.
