Views
Saved filters in a CRM that show a specific segment of contacts, companies, or deals. "All MQLs created this week," "Companies with ICP score 8-10 and no outreach," "Deals in Discovery stage over 30 days."
Views turn a CRM from a database into a workspace. Without views, you're scrolling through thousands of records trying to find the ones that matter. With views, you click "High-priority leads" and see exactly who to call today. Views are how you operationalize your data.
I build views in HubSpot based on properties. "ICP score >= 8 AND persona tier <= 2 AND last contacted is unknown" = outreach-ready leads. "Lifecycle stage = MQL AND create date is last 7 days" = fresh inbound. "Web reveal date is known AND deal associated is unknown" = intent signal with no follow-up. I don't create views for every possible filter. I create views for the 5-10 segments that matter daily. Views are shortcuts. Build them for the actions you repeat.
