Google Workspace
Google's business email platform. When you set up a mailbox on Google Workspace, you're sending through Gmail's infrastructure. Your emails come from "you@yourdomain.com" but route through Google's servers.
Google Workspace has the best deliverability to other Google Workspace inboxes. Google trusts Google. If your target audience uses Gmail or Google Workspace (check their MX records), sending from Google Workspace gives you the highest chance of landing in the primary inbox. It's also the most reliable provider for Instantly's warmup network.
I set up Google Workspace mailboxes on secondary domains for contacts whose MX records show Google. This is the core of my routing logic — Google-to-Google delivers best. These mailboxes connect to Instantly for warmup and sending. Google Workspace has stricter sending limits than Microsoft (start at 25/day vs 10-15/day for Microsoft), but the deliverability advantage is worth it for Google-to-Google sends.
