Instantly
Email campaign platform. Send sequences, track opens/replies, manage sending domains, warm inboxes, route leads.
Email still works if you do it right. I use Instantly because it handles the part I used to do manually as an SDR — domain rotation, throttling, warmup, deliverability monitoring. back then, I was sending from one inbox with no infrastructure. now I'm sending from multiple domains with automated warmup and health checks. Instantly is the infrastructure layer between "I wrote an email" and "500 people received it in their inbox."
I route Google Workspace contacts to Instantly because that's the only MX provider my Instantly setup can reliably deliver to. I paste in the static email bodies (from campaign-copy.md), connect the merge fields to Clay columns, and launch. I check replies daily. Hard bounces and spam reports go back into Clay for enrichment debugging. Instantly doesn't write the emails or qualify the leads — that's all upstream in Clay. Instantly just sends. it's the deployment layer for email.
