not every partner uses the same email tool. I use Instantly for some partners and Smartlead for others. Smartlead's strength is its campaign management at scale — it handles sender rotation, subsequences, and lead categorization natively. when you're running multi-sender campaigns across 10+ mailboxes with different warmup stages, Smartlead's architecture handles the complexity better than manually configuring it in Instantly. knowing both tools means I can pick the right one for each partner's sending volume and complexity.

I use Smartlead for partners with high sending volume and complex sender rotation needs. the Smartlead MCP lets me monitor campaigns, check reply rates, and manage lead categories directly from Claude. I can pull campaign analytics, check which mailboxes are healthy, and flag leads that need follow-up — all without opening the Smartlead dashboard. the MCP also lets me push leads to subsequences based on engagement signals. for day-to-day monitoring, I ask Claude to check Smartlead stats and it returns open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates per campaign. that used to be a 15-minute daily dashboard check. now it's one sentence.
