Keep bounce rate under 3%. Period. Over 5% and email providers start throttling your domain. Over 8% and you're heading for the spam folder across the board.

Your enrichment tool (Clay, Apollo) should verify emails before pushing to Lemlist. Accept only "valid" and "catch-all" status. Reject "invalid" and "unknown."

Catch-all domains (common in enterprise) won't bounce but also won't verify. Accept them but monitor bounce rates on enterprise campaigns more closely.
